Heyys! So far, June Holidays are fine fr me.
But when sumone talks about hwk, i jus feel like ARGHHHH!

Olritee. 1st day of hols until like on the Sunday, i went to KL and Genting.
Fun much!! Took a lot of pics! Which is all updated at FB.
Definitely had fun during the holidays. But it was like totally a relaxed holiday.
We went bowling, drank at starbucks, played games and spend a lot of time outside.
Enjoying the cool temperature of course. Ahaks.

Den after that on monday went back to s'pore.
For the whole day i did ntg except stare at hwk and nt doing anything at all.

Tuesday, jeng jeng jeng!
Its a killer day. In the morning did nothing and played com.
2pm i met Seri at 888. Den headed to Atiqah's house.
Lepak there fr a while den headed to skul fr hockey trg.
Bfore training officially starts, we sat down and discuss about our weak points to work on.
And overall there was 8, starting wif fitness.
So the official training starts. There starts tortour. An hr of physical training.
It started wif a 2 rounds around the basketball court. Fair enuf, nt hard.
Den stretching and after tat a continous 9 mins run. End up running 18 rounds.
After that had a 5 mins break. Den we did 5 sets of shuttle run.
After that another 5 mins break. Den it was circuit exercise. Argh! I hate that.
Imagine having to do 5 sets of 10 push ups, 10 crunches, 10 lunges, 10 berpiece (duno hw to spell), 10 leg lifts and side steps continuosly. Tat equals to 50 of evrything.
And therefore marks the end of PT. Like finally.
It left me wif my whole body aching like hell.
And now its hard fr me to even sit down ahk!

Olritee, hockey is alrdy tortorous enuf.
Tday, went to Sengkang to go thru SANA course.
We went there and it was like totally awesome.
First we watched Mr Bean shows while waiting fr other skuls to cum.
Den after that we had out first lecture the instructor was AWESOMEE!
So cool and geyrekk, makes us laugh alot. Hahahs. Yeahh.
The instructors there, they used alot of "Street" language.
After lectures got like 1h 30min lunch break.

Ahahahas! Oh well, gt test after lunch, passed my test, Khairah gt full marks!
