Tigress!
We heard what coach had to say. We gotta work hard.
We gotta achieve our goal. We gotta make Mr Sanjay proud aites!
Hockey Girls aka Tigress FTW!
Alritees, so the past few days been having hockey trg.
As days go by, the trg gets tougher and physically as well as mentally challenging.
Yeahh so on thursday, trg was okaylh.
First we had 2 rounds ard bb court and den stretching.
After that we had a 10min run. Managed to run 25 rounds ard bb court.
Den after that we had 8 sets of 85m sprints. Killer. But best!
After the sprints another 20 sets of shuttle run. Syioks!
After that a little skill trg and game! Geyrekk to the max!
Training starts at 3. But we came skul at 2.
So we gt an hr to spare. So we played at the compound near the toilet.
Cs it started raining. -.-
We sorta trained on our own. (At least the skills part xD)
And den coach arrived at 3.
So since it was raining it was impossible fr us to do anyting.
So we headed to the gym. We thought it'll be fun. But turns out to be.....
At the gym we were so hyped up, seeing all the stuffs.
Den coach intro us to the stuffs and their uses and how to use it.
Den coach set 8 stations fr us to do. We were like hyped up until coach told us how much to do.
Coach: "Girls. You have to do 10 sets of 10 on each stations."
Girls: " HUH?! Coach wahlao! So muchh??"
Coach: " Where gt alot. a little only. you wan i cn add more."
Girls: " Ahh. Kk, Nvm2 coach. We do, we do."
Hahahahahs! So we had to do all.
Imagine all the stations set to most at 30lbs and sum at 40lbs.
Some wanted to push ourselves to our limit we add another 10lbs.
And so we spent a solid 2hrs in the gym.
I ony finished 4 of d stations doing a complete 10 sets of 10. Hehehhes xD.
After trg we all stretched to cool down.
Then we stand in a straight line and massaged each other.
Now thats wat i call a very relaxing moment. Ahahaks!
After that we all sat down together and coach talk to us.
Coach told us of our improvements. And how he's positive we cn do well.
Den he told us tat he's hapy tat we did smtg fr Mr Sanjay.
He oso told us wat our principal wanted so much to stop hockey.
And how Mr Sanjay did so much to bring us together.
I still rmbr a quote that Coach told us.
" Teachers change, Coaches change, But you guys will remain the same as a team. So you guys have to depend on yourselves and not on anybody else."
